STONE ESSENTIALS® will ship all orders placed on our web site before 3:00 p.m. EST via UPS Ground Service the same business day as ordered if product is in inventory. All orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will ship the following business day.
At times, Stone Essentials® may authorize the return of product. A full refund will be given within 30 days of your order, provided we receive the goods undamaged in their unopened original packaging. Returns must be accompanied by a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) form completed by the customer and approved by Stone Essentials®. No returned products will be accepted and no credits will be given without a completed and approved RMA form.
